What an awesome show last night at The Catalyst Club Atrium. Then The Selectrics came on and just KILLED in so many ways... very fresh sound for now, yet you can't really pigeon-hole them. Try this: think Gina Marie Camp at times as Nancy Sinatra, Astrud Gilberto and Nico... then think Greg Camp as his own unique rendition of a modern-day Phil Spector. Greg's great song writing and production were enhanced even further by his ability to pick the exact right sidemen for this project (special props to the keyboardist). An amazing debut show for this up-and-coming band.
